Insurance Coverage
Most insurance plans will cover Medical Nutrition Therapy with an appropriate medical diagnosis and referral from a physician. Many preventative plans do not have copays.
We are currently contracted with CIGNA, Emblem Health, EMPIRE, EXCELLUS Blue Cross Blue Shield, Medicare, Meridian, MVP, UMR, and United Healthcare.
It is always best to know your individual insurance plan. It is highly recommended that you call your insurance company to verify if they cover Medical Nutrition Therapy for your specific diagnosis.
Individual Sessions
Individual visits which are paid in advance of service will receive a discounted rate. Discount packages are available upon request. Please call our office for current rates.
Cooking Classes
Cooking classes are offered quarterly and cost $15 per person to attend.
Healthy Habits Support Group
This program costs $25.00 per month. Money will be taken via direct deposit out of your account on the 1st of the month. This program requires a 6 month minimum commitment.
Consulting Services
