Insurance Coverage

Most insurance plans will cover Medical Nutrition Therapy with an appropriate medical diagnosis and referral from a physician.  Many preventative plans do not have copays.

We are currently contracted with AETNA, CIGNA, Emblem Health, EMPIRE, EXCELLUS Blue Cross Blue Shield, Medicare, Meritian, MVP, UMR, and United Healthcare.   

It is always best to know your individual insurance plan.  It is highly recommended that you call your insurance company to verify if they cover Medical Nutrition Therapy for your specific diagnosis. 

Package deals are available if you do not have insurance or if your insurance does not cover for services. 

Individual visits which are paid in advance of service will receive a discounted rate. Discount packages are available upon request. Please call our office for current rates. 

Cooking classes are offered monthly.
